Kristin’s Class is Inspired by her history studying the techniques of Essentrics®, Barre, Martial Arts and Dance methods.

She will help you practice listening to your body, as you engage within the flow of movements.

What to expect?

This workout is efficient. Throughout class we practice extending out of the joints, elongating the muscles and challenging them in the lengthened position. This technique helps liberate and empower the joints and muscles. We use a combination of contraction by finding resistance and relaxation by releasing tension.

With a diverse music playlist accompanying each routine, this equipment free workout leaves you feeling energized, positive and healthy.
